Returns Policy

At Electronics Mega Mart, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not turn out to be just what you need. To arrange a return, please follow our simple guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

• Time Frame : You can return most items within 30 days of receipt.
• Condition : Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when they were received.
• Proof of Purchase : A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Opened software or games
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

How to Initiate a Return

2. Go to the orders section and select the item you wish to return.
3. Follow the instructions to complete the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
